Troy Willerton had a difficult weekend battling through discomfort once again at the MX Nationals, held at Canada Heights this past weekend.
Troy and his TM Racing MX 250 ES-2S machine started day one in good fashion, ending races the first two races in 9th and 7th places respectively. However, the aggravating shoulder injury that occurred at Hawkstone Park and witnessed Troy missing the last round, continues to dog him. After an uncomfortable day of racing on Saturday, a good nights rest did little to aid him. Troy tried to compete on Sunday but the discomfort was too great and the risks too large, leading Troy to withdraw early doors in races 3 and 4. For his efforts Troy still secured 15th overall despite the two withdrawals
Well done Troy and all involved.
