Goods ordered on the TM UK webshop must be returned in the same condition as sent, unused, in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that you are responsible for any returned items until they are received by us. For this reason we suggest you use a recorded delivery or courier. You are responsible for the cost of returning. If you have received damaged goods please report them to us immediately by phone, please also email us with any images of the damage for verification. Any goods returned outside of these conditions will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Unfortunately we cannot accept any returned goods outside of the 30 days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted or a ‘restocking’ fee (20% of the goods value) may apply.
- Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item ordered by the customer incorrectly – that has been subjected to attempted use or fitting.
- Parts ordered specifically for under request by the customer – ‘special order’.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, a credit will be applied to your credit / debit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days – we will require your payment details as these are not stored in accordance to our Privacy / Security Policies.
Late or missing refunds
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted and your bank clear the funds back to your account.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us to explain the situation and send your item to us if agreed.
Any returned goods must be shipped to TM UK.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that you are responsible for any returned items until they are received by us – we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, for this reason we suggest you use a a ‘trackable’ shipping / postage method or a courier service. All shipping costs are non-refundable by us.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
