TM UK: TM Racing 'Moto' Official Importer

CRD Motorsport: Mantova - Italian International 2025. Rd1.

Report:

Mantua, February 9, 2025.

The competitive commitments of the TM Corse – CRD Motorsport began by the Tazio Nuvolari of Mantua. The first test of the International of Italy was conditioned by bad weather, the rain fell incessantly from Saturday evening made the track very demanding. Our two boys competing on their TM Mot machines, Julius Mikula in Mx2 and Niccolo Mannini in 125, started on Sunday with the timed tests.

Julius after obtaining the seventh time in his group sided at the start of race one with the goal of starting well. Too bad that at the first corner he was involved in a group fall and started very long appropriate. His comeback was impressive, Julius recovered many positions by turning with Top Five times and ended up the heats in 13th place. In the second heat everything went better from the beginning, at the first corner it was second but then during the first lap he lost a couple of positions. After the first laps he recovered a position and remained in third position until the last lap when he was overtaken by Lata. At the finish line a quarter who satisfied everyone. In the absolute day Julius closed in eighth place and looks at the next test of Montevarchi with so much confidence.

Niccolo recorded the third half in his group gaining a good position at the starting gate. In the first heat, he left in ten and at the first step he passed through fifth position, then during the race he held the pace even if he lost a couple of positions in the final ending seventh. In the race two started very well by immediately putting himself in second position. Position that he held for some returns, halfway through the race he went down to fourth position due to a slip but in the final also thanks to a fall of a pilot who preceded him gained the third position while keeping it up to the checkered flag. With these results he closed Quinto in the absolute day and in the latest test of Montevarchi he certainly has the potential to be able to aim even higher.

Julius Mikula: “Mantua was demanding with the super bathed track and full of very deep channels. In the first heat I had an accident and I wasted time to leave, however then I spent last in 13th place. Race two went much better, I left third and I kept the position for 90% of the race. In the end I arrived fourth and I’m happy with the race we had! I can’t wait to run to Montevarchi. Thanks to the team and to all our supporters “.

Niccolo Mannini: “It was a very complicated Sunday because of the lot of rain. The track was really demanding but in the end we return home satisfied. After the morning chrono closed in third place, even if I could do something more, in the heat I collected a seventh and third place but always with an excellent rhythm that bodes well for the next races. These appointments will serve us to refine the feeling with the bike that is already good, in Montevarchi we will surely fight to obtain the best result. I am satisfied as the first race, the speed is there and we will certainly continue to work to improve ourselves further. Thanks to the team and all the people who follow me “.

The appointment with the second and last test of these internationals is on the Miravalle track of Montevarchi (AR) on Sunday 16 February.
