Designed by TM UK's long-standing Enduro rider, Josh Gotts and produced by Lasermaster, these dirt-deflectors are laser-cut from stainless steel to ensure the best longevity.
This simple, yet effective product is designed to reduce the chances of dirt and small stones being forced into the space left by a lifting footrest, for example, when laying the bike into a turn where the footrest could be pushed upwards, thus leaving itself exposed to the ingress of mud and small stones that could jam the footrest in the upper position and hinder it return to the resting position. These dirt-deflectors not only reduce the chance of a footrest sticking, but also keep the footrest open to allow other particles to escape and keep the workings visible for lubrication and maintenance, something 'enclosed' gators do not allow.
The dirt-deflectors are designed to fit behind the original footrest mountings that are found on all aluminium frame models 2008 to 2021.

||TM Racing Carbon Fibre Airboot Insert.
The TM Racing Carbon Fibre Airboot Insert is designed to add rigidity to the flexible airboot between the airbox and the carburettor.
Shaped to the exact contours of the airboot itself, this carbon insert increases rigidity to ensure that when maximum engine loading is being applied, alongside higher temperatures that may 'soften' the rubber, the airboot does not deform under vacuum and actually reduce the volume of air available to the carburettor. The carbon insert will therefore allow the engine to produce greater performance under the largest loads, maximising available power.
To fit the carbon insert the airbox / airboot assembly will have to be removed from the sub-frame and disassembled. Fitting the carbon insert into the airboot will require patience and care due to the fine and intricate construction of the carbon fibre insert. Importantly, the airboot will have to be re-sealed to the air-filter mounting plate, therefore you must ensure you clean all mating faces and remove any existing sealant before the refitting and re-assembly procedure can begin.
Please note that after fitting the carbon insert that carburettor removal / refitting will be more complex as the flexibility of the airboot - that previously aided removal / refitting - will be reduced. Do not 'force' fit the carburettor as you may damage the carbon insert. It is advised that to remove / refit the carburettor the sub-frame should be loosened and lifted slightly to give greater clearance.

These axle pulls are designed to save valuable time during wheel removal and re-fitting by allowing you to grab the wheel spindle to aid extraction. Especially useful for endurance type events where saving valuable time and effort is paramount. The kit includes are pair of axle pulls, one for each axle (front and rear), fitting is completed by tightening the allen bolts to expand the internal grip, locking the axle pulls into place inside the wheel spindles securely, a stronger fixing application than 'expanding' or 'stressing' individual 'fingers' machined as part of the CNC part. Finished in Blue colouring.
||Billet Exhaust Anti-Vibration Mount for TM Racing Machines - Replaces OEM 'cast' part, No 21094 that was previously billet also.
Laser-cut from billet aluminium, to increase durability and increase strength over the now stock, cast alloy, anti-vibration mount - TM Part No' 21094.
A small but effective upgrade to a vital component that will still 'bend' / 'give' in an extreme pipe impact. Each mount comes ready to fit with a damping rubber and centre top-hat.

||TM Racing Billet Machined Clutch Cover for the 250Fi / 300F i 4-stroke engines.
This billet machined finned cover gives increased strength over the stock cast casing and allows for greater heat dissipation and with the internal oil channel increases the centre lubrication on the clutch plate system. This component is machined from a single aluminium block on a CNC machine in a process that takes over 10 hours to complete.
