|Content||SAM Racing Parts: Axle Pull Set, for full sized machines 2015>.
These axle pulls are designed to save valuable time during wheel removal and re-fitting by allowing you to grab the wheel spindle to aid extraction. Especially useful for endurance type events where saving valuable time and effort is paramount. The kit includes are pair of axle pulls, one for each axle (front and rear), fitting is completed by tightening the allen bolts to expand the internal grip, locking the axle pulls into place inside the wheel spindles securely, a stronger fixing application than 'expanding' or 'stressing' individual 'fingers' machined as part of the CNC part. Finished in Blue colouring.
||Billet Exhaust Anti-Vibration Mount for TM Racing Machines - Replaces OEM 'cast' part, No 21094 that was previously billet also.
Laser-cut from billet aluminium, to increase durability and increase strength over the now stock, cast alloy, anti-vibration mount - TM Part No' 21094.
A small but effective upgrade to a vital component that will still 'bend' / 'give' in an extreme pipe impact. Each mount comes ready to fit with a damping rubber and centre top-hat.

||BZERK seat support available for TM Racing 2-Stroke (125cc/144cc/250cc/300cc) models from 2015>2021 featuring the 'Fresh-Air' Intake System.
This seat support bracket rivets to the original plastic seat base (seat cover removed first) to strengthen and support the seat, to reduce 'compression' of the seat itself and the resulting 'widening' of the seat on the corner areas.
The BZERK seat support has been designed to reduce the flex in the seat base under certain loads, loads that can deform the shape and structure of the seat. The deformation of the seat base - where the 'Fresh-Air' intake system channel resides on the 2-stroke - can allow the sides of the seat to be exposed from the confines of the body panels. This exposure occurs where the radiator panel and side number panel area meet and the aesthetic angle is changed on the seat itself to mirror the contours of the bodywork - the seat 'widens' under deformation, thus causing snagging and damage to seat covers in the 'corner' area by boots tops and knee braces.
This seat support bracket is made from aluminium and comes with rivets for fitting. Featuring a padded support leg that disperses the loading across the fuel tank, whilst retaining full function of the 'Fresh Air' intake system, this simple yet effective part will reduce unwanted flex and deformation helping to keep your seat covers looking better, for longer.
See the images of the BZERK seat support to understand how it works.
AVAILABLE IN NATURAL ALUMINIUM COLOUR ONLY.
BZERK:SEAT-BR.2T.M15>||SAM Racing Parts: Spoke Protection Ring.
A simple, yet ingenious solution to help reduce the problems associated with a dislodged drive chain coming inboard of the wheel, a problem that can cause severe damage to the rear wheel spokes, wheel hub, and in worst cases, the engine castings / engine internals if the chain becomes jammed around the front sprocket due to the instant 'slack' in the drive chain itself. This nylon machined ring simply fits behind the rear drive sprocket and is held in place by light friction, utilising the tapering of the spokes alongside the tapered machining of protection ring, designed to ensure that the protection ring sits snug and secure between the sprocket and spokes.
A 'must have' part for Enduro / Extreme type competition, where damage to the rear chain-guide can easily force a drive chain to derail causing damage, to not only the rear wheel but also possibly the engine casings, ending your event and ensuring a costly repair bill. The derailed drive chain will simply drop onto the protection ring and rotate around it, allowing the lack of forward drive to be noticed by the rider, hopefully before any significant damage occurs. Without the protection ring, this type of derailment of the drive chain would have severely damaged many of the spokes instantly. As used by the TM Racing Factory Teams.
